Our products are made from special concrete known as GFRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete), HPC (High Performance Concrete), and UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete). The concrete is reinforced with glass fibers instead of steel, which allows us to create very slim and significantly lighter products compared to traditional concrete.

Thanks to our advanced production technology and years of dedicated research and development, our products are much lighter than traditional concrete products without compromising strength, resulting in easier transport, handling, and installation. For example, our sinks can be installed on standard bathroom fixtures or brackets.

Most of our products are made to order. Due to the nature of the material and craftsmanship, delivery times are up to 45 days from order confirmation.

We recommend using soft cloths, mild cleaning products and warm water. Avoid cleaning agents that contain bleach or harsh chemicals, acid-based solutions, or abrasive materials (such as abrasive sponges or steel wool), as these can cause scratches and damage sealed surface. Concrete is a porous material that—even when protected—can be damaged or patinated by acids and oils if not properly maintained. It is advisable to clean off wine, oil, coffee, toothpaste, and similar substances from the concrete surface immediately.

Our products are protected against stains and scratches with multiple layers of high-quality surface protection. Over time and with regular use, some damage or micro-scratches may occur; however, these typically impact only the outer protective layer rather than the concrete itself.

For outdoor use, we apply special protective coatings that are highly resistant to UV exposure and different weather conditions.

Our products have strong resistance to high temperatures; however, some of the surface protection products we apply may be more sensitive. We recommend using coasters to protect the product’s surface from high-temperature sources, as heat may alter the appearance or damage the protective finishes.

Most of our products can be customized in terms of colour, size, finish, etc. We are available to offer advice and assistance on your specific requirements.

Please note that due to the nature of concrete and the fact that all our products are handcrafted and unique, slight variations in colour compared to those shown in photographs may occur. These minor differences in colour and texture are natural characteristics of concrete and do not affect the product’s quality or indicate any flaw in the material, design, or workmanship. It’s precisely what makes our concrete products perfectly imperfect.
